Surah Ghafir verse 44

Practice Surah Ghafir verse 44 to soothe the heart and find tranquility amidst chaos, and to alleviate sorrow within our souls.

Everyone undoubtedly faces trials and challenges in life. It is unavoidable; there will always be tests that befall us. Sometimes the tests are light, and sometimes they are heavy. Such is the nature of worldly life, where Allah tests His servants to see if they are capable of facing these trials.

Trials may occur within the family, at the workplace, with our spouses, children, or even financial issues, among others.

With these trials, we may feel a bit weak, sad, and mentally scattered. But we need to rise and console our hearts to find tranquility in order to overcome all these problems through the practice of reciting Surah Ghafir verse 44.

Surah Ghafir verse 44 In Arabic Text:

فَسَتَذْكُرُونَ مَآ أَقُولُ لَكُمْ ۚ وَأُفَوِّضُ أَمْرِىٓ إِلَى ٱللَّهِ ۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ بَصِيرٌۢ بِٱلْعِبَادِ

FASATAZKUROONA MAAA AQOOLU LAKUM; WA UFAWWIDU AMREEE ILAL LAAH; INNALLAAHA BASEERUM BIL’IBAAD

You will remember what I say to you, and I entrust my affairs to Allah. Surely Allah is All-Seeing of all ˹His˺ servants.”

When tested with trials that turn our days upside down, repeatedly recite this verse until your heart becomes calm and spacious.

This excerpt from the Quran is a prayer that can be recited at any time.Strongly suggests reciting it during the final prostration of the prayer when we are struck with sadness.

This prayer, God willing, can reach the level where even in times of sadness and chaos, we can still smile and remain steadfast because we, as servants, fully entrust everything and all our affairs to Allah.
